詳細(xì)內(nèi)容：崗位要求/ Job requirements 1、8年以上汽配加工行業(yè)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)，5年以上品質(zhì)管理工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)； Have more than 8 years experience on process of automobile parts field and more than 5 years experience on quality management. 2、理工類或相關(guān)專業(yè)大專以上學(xué)歷, 受過(guò)生產(chǎn)管理，品質(zhì)管理，產(chǎn)品知識(shí)等方面的培訓(xùn) ； Above junior college with polytechnic or relative majors, have training experience on production management, quality management or knowledge product. 3、熟練應(yīng)用TSO/TS16949及APQP質(zhì)量管理體系； Familiar with TSO/TS16949 and APQP system of quality. 4、熟練掌握SPC、柏拉圖、PDCA等常用質(zhì)量控制和質(zhì)量改進(jìn)工具 ； Familiar with SPC, PDCA and relative tools of quality control and quality improvement. 5、了解精益生產(chǎn)的相關(guān)知識(shí)，熟悉公司的工藝工序，工作原理與機(jī)能。 Know well productive relative knowledge, our company process of products, work principle and function. 6、對(duì)生產(chǎn)線工序半成品/成品檢驗(yàn)/首件檢驗(yàn)，及外協(xié)加工零件檢查及指導(dǎo) Inspect semi-finished, finished products and first piece on production lines, Inspect and guide external processing parts. 7、具有迅速排解生產(chǎn)質(zhì)量問(wèn)題的能力，良好的英文閱讀能力與理解能力 Be able to solve problem of quality on production, good skill of reading and understanding English. 8、能適應(yīng)倒班要求，富有工作激情，有上進(jìn)心； Can work shift time, with passion and ambition. 9、協(xié)助車間做好生產(chǎn)訂單其它輔助工作 Assist with workshop for production orders and other assist work. 工作職責(zé)/Responsibilities 1、掌控工藝狀態(tài)，對(duì)工藝的改變對(duì)產(chǎn)品的影響進(jìn)行認(rèn)定，并論證設(shè)定的合理性。 Control process states, indentify change of process will influence in products and demonstrate rationality of setting. 2、根據(jù)公司的質(zhì)量狀況組織質(zhì)量控制方案，監(jiān)控產(chǎn)品全過(guò)程質(zhì)量. According to company quality condition to organize plan of control quality, monitor product quality.. 3、定期評(píng)估解決的工藝或控制方案 Timely evaluate solved processes or plan of control. 4、制定產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量檢驗(yàn)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，產(chǎn)品信息反饋，統(tǒng)計(jì)流程。 Formulate product quality, feedback of product information and statistical process. 5、處理客戶反饋，依據(jù)反饋改善質(zhì)量控制 Improve quality control according to customer’s feedback. 6、總結(jié)產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量問(wèn)題并推動(dòng)相關(guān)部門及時(shí)解決。 Summary product quality and push relative departments to solve problems. 7、對(duì)生產(chǎn)線員工進(jìn)行質(zhì)量知識(shí)的培訓(xùn) Train knowledge of product quality for production staff. 8、協(xié)助跟蹤產(chǎn)品的使用情況并提供改善意見(jiàn)。 Follow up the use of products and give improvement suggestion. 9、完成上級(jí)委派的其他任務(wù) Handle other task from superior. 10、工資待遇：工資3500-8000元+加班費(fèi)+年終獎(jiǎng)（總收入5-12萬(wàn)/年） Salary is between RMB3500 to RMB8000 per month + overtime payment + end of year bonus (total is between 50-120 thousand per year)
